Tech Systems AI does not guarantee that AI systems will operate without interruption or error.
Certain products and services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless otherwise specified in writing, subscription services are provided on a month-to-month basis and will continue until canceled. Subscription fees are billed in advance.
One-time setup fees are intended to cover implementation, onboarding, configuration, training, customization, and related setup activities. Once implementation work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.
Certain services may incur additional usage-based charges, including but not limited to AI processing fees, telephone usage charges, SMS messaging charges, email delivery charges, and third-party platform charges. Applicable usage charges will be disclosed when relevant.
Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services, including but not limited to website information, contact information, phone routing instructions, scheduling information, frequently asked questions, and business or organizational information. Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving information provided to AI systems.
Tech Systems AI does not guarantee specific business results, ministry outcomes, lead generation levels, appointment volume, customer engagement, revenue increases, cost savings, or other measurable outcomes. Results vary and depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
No guarantees are made regarding the results of our products or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Systems AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, AI systems, or communications systems.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, videos, logos, software, workflows, templates, prompts, documentation, and other materials, is the property of Tech Systems AI and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Customer retains ownership of its own content, customer data, business information, and website content.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
